Will the USPS accept a Priority Mail Box with a USPS Ground Advantage shipping label ?

I have most of my items pre boxed in Priority Mail Boxes, can I use a USPS Ground Advantage label on those boxes ?

No, Priority boxes must have Priority postage. 

And flat rate boxes must have Flat rate postage

No, you must put priority mail postage on priority mail boxes. If you want to ship ground you will need to re-box the items.
