You will not let me purchase anything on ebay. I joined the site recently. Every time I go to check out, I receive the same error message. It doesn't matter what browser I use. If I use the mobile app, if I use a desktop, if I use my phone, doesn't matter if I try to just buy one thing or multiple things, doesn't matter the seller. Doesn't matter the price of the item, Doesn't matter the payment method, it will absolutely not allow me to purchase anything.. The error i am receiving is: "
