Will VeRO hit me for using keywords in my item specifics and description?

So I know I can't use Velcro or a lot of companies names in my titles but can I use them in my description?

I have a Honda part that I'm selling and I don't want to put Honda in the title but I want people to know what the part is when they're purchasing it and what the make/model is. So am I allowed to do that or will VeRO strike me for putting it in my item specifics/description.

I'm still trying really hard to understand this VeRO stuff.

Hi @shaper58

You can't use 'Velcro' in your listing unless the item is made by Velcro ... OR uses the Velcro brand on their item.  [You have to use the term 'hook and loop fastener' instead.]

You can say a part 'fits a Honda' in the Description ... but cannot say (or imply) the part was made by Honda if it isn't.

In other words, you have a little more leniency to use a brand name in the Description (as compared to the Title) ... but there are certain words you can't use in either space if it doesn't describe the product accurately.
