I'm trying to leave negative feedback over a broken item delivered to me and a horrid attitude from a seller. When I tried to leave feedback and it continuously refers me back to seller who I have communicated (if you can consider insults) with numerous times. Why can't I leave the feedback this seller deserves. I've left than 5 negative feedbacks out of thousands of successful purchases. It leads me to think it's a scam. How does one make it so they aren't the same as all else.

The first step is this...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else just refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
