Why no delivery instructions?

On Amazon I can fill the delivery instructions (working hours, and etc). Here USPS always (4 years) delivers my packages on Saturday and Sunday then reschedule to the next business day. LOL and nothing more

Ebay has no control over when USPS delivers your packages. You purchase from a seller that ships your item, packages do not come from Ebay as they do directly from Amazon.
