Why is my product removed, but other sellers are selling the same exact product

For the last 3 weeks I have been selling 8-shot caps that fits in a cap gun.  It is an HOT item.  Ebay has removed it because it apparently may be HAZARDOUS material.  Since ours was removed yesterday 11/20/21, there are still about 8 sellers who are selling this very same product but have not been removed.  

So what's the deal?  Why are they getting by with it and I am not!?  Sometimes I notice not all the rules apply to all the sellers.
