Why i left ebay for Amazon!

Somebody please tell me why i can't access messages on mobile site or reply to messages on classic site, every time it kicks me back to the home page and can i get in touch with a **bleep**in human? Nope! All automated bullshyt, NOTHING to do with this issue. ebay, you fell off!!
