a buyer sent this message to me why? I like giving combine shipping some other buyers have no problem getting combined shipping from me, some are forced to give an offer in order to get combine shipping while I would like to receive the asking price,

I loaded my cart with items--hit the "request total" button so you could adjust shipping charge, but eBay immediately rejected that attempt and displayed this message:
"The seller does not offer combined shipping discounts.The seller has disallowed combined payments and shipping discounts. Please proceed to checkout to complete your purchase."

@injurytoone If these are fixed priced items eBay sometimes turns on the immediate payment required option even when you don't check that box. When that happens then an invoice can't be requested.

OR if they are using the app an invoice can't be requested, ebay has been aware of this for years but has yet to fix the app.

What you can do as a workaround is to reply with an offer that is just low enough to reduce the shipping cost if the items are fixed-price listings.
