Hi. I have asked EBay this question but do not get a straight answer. I have 1 negative comment over the past year (and this was due to an EBay glitch) and every other shipment I have sent out has had positive feedback however my feedback score continues to decline - I am down to 97.4%. I have no idea why. Does anyone have any insight? I am seriously thinking of removing myself from the platform since buyers are treated better than sellers, imho. Thanks so much.

The percentage is calculated on the feedback for the last 12 months. That’s exactly 12 months, so it changes daily. If you buy a couple of things from sellers that leave feedback for their buyers, that will help boost your percentage.

The Feedback % is calculated on the last 12 consecutive months. So, if you had a month where you got a lot of Feedback and it dropped off the calculation the math could result in the % changing ... and the reverse is true, if you have a new month with lots of Feedback the % could change again.
