Why do I get this error when I am not trying to sell in China? Cannot figure the below out?

The item location of this listing is outside of Greater China.

eBay requires sellers to accurately describe where the item is located, as well as upload tracking for successful transactions, etc.

Your registration shows you are located in China, but registered on ebay.com, the USA site.

Have you ever been located & registered in China, now or in the past?

There were issues recently with random U.S. accounts being changed to "China" without the user knowing.

If that happened to you, see if you can change it back to United States from your Account Personal info; if not, you will have to contact eBay CS for help.

The users I helped were able to fix it on their own, but we were told eBay security still needs to be notified so they can look at how it was changed.
