Why are there numbers and letters on my The north face hologram. What is this Vest?

Why are there numbers and letters on my The north face hologram. It says ND then it is 588686 or maybe the 1st number is a 5. I have this ski patrol powder guide vest with shovel holder, snowboard straps.. and it has the fabric tags sewn inside with numbers, but I cant find anything. I searched for one like it and the only one I can find has the "red cross" logo on it, mine is the same but without this cross.  When I looked up holograms for North face, none show numbers and 2 letter. I know it was a special purchase made by a ski resort for ski patrol employees... Help me please

Is there any chance you could post a picture of what you are describing?  Not sure if I can help, but a picture would help a lot.  Just be sure not to include any personal details in it.
