Why are our Ebay Stores not linked to the Search Engine for general Ebay searches?

I believe everyone (Ebay and the sellers and buyers) would make a bit more money if all of the Ebay Stores were linked directly to the search box for general ebay searches.  If a buyer wants to find a store and enters the store name in the box now; nothing comes up.  However, if the all the stores were linked to the general ebay search engine, it would benefit everyone concerned; ebay, the sellers and the buyers. - Arthur H Tafero, TaferoandSon Ebay Store

So you want a drop-down menu for ebay stores?  That would be humongous as I believe there are thousands of ebay stores, and many of them sell in a niche.  I only sell items from Disneyland, and if that is NOT what you are searching for, then why clutter up your search by displaying stores that are not selling what you are looking for?
