Why am I not receiving any more eBay Bucks Invitations?

It has now been FOUR MONTHS since I have received a single invitation from eBay to participate in an eBay bucks promotions (example: 5% eBay bucks with any purchase).  I understand that not everyone gets invited to every promotion, but to go four months without anything is a little ridiculous.  I literally ended the last quarter with ZERO eBay bucks earned.  This was not by a lack of desire to shop on eBay, but because I was not invited to participate.

Has something happened to revoke my inclusion in these promotions?

Yes, ebbs retired as of 4/1/2021. Messages were sent to us and announcements made.

The eBay Bucks 1% offer was ended on March 31, 2021, now there's only an occasional 5% individual offers that are only sent to some members.

Did either of you even BOTHER to read my post before you replied with your cookie-cutter, generic, corporate playbook response?  I am WELL AWARE that the 1% eBay Bucks purchases have been suspended.  I am speaking SPECIFICALLY about not receiving any of the individual offers that are being sent to members for the past four months.  I am well aware that other members have been receiving them.  I have received NONE for four months.

If you cannot take the effort to read my post instead of cutting and pasting a generic response, please do not bother wasting my time, and the time of all the members of this forum who may be reading this thread.
