Why $0.00 charge to my personal account

I noticed a $0.00 pending charge on my personal account. Can someone explain why, I have never had this happen with eBay.

You are in infrequent buyer.  Usually the pending charge is $1 to confirm the card is valid.  It is usually reversed within a few days when the actual charge is made to the card for the purchase.
