That sounds frustrating.

You can ask questions right here to get an answer for many questions. Just reply with the question or start a new topic with specific title.

If you are wondering about your payout for your recent sale, here is how to see when you will get paid:

 SHORT VERSION

There are a couple of steps the money goes through.

- Processing

- Payment Holds (if any)

- Payout

Once you are established on eBay, the money will reach your bank account in a couple of days.

New sellers usually need to wait until delivery to get paid.

MORE DETAILS

You can see all transactions on your account here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions

1) check here to see if the payment is "Processing" or ready for Payout

Here https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list

( Or: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin )

-- Generally, new or infrequent sellers get the payout when the item is delivered. There are some exceptions when payouts can be held longer.

-- Here is a help page where you can learn more, and you can check when to expect this payout.

2) Try the "Check Payment Holds" button here. It may have more specific details https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4155

- "New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer"

- "High priced items or unusual selling patterns may lead to transaction holds for up to 30 days to help us ensure that buyers don't have any issues with the order"

3) When eBay sends the Payout, it is 1-3 days before the payment is in your bank account.

If this doesn’t answer your question, I think it would be best to talk to the eBay Customer Service area that specializes in this topic:

Go to this page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/registering-seller?id=4792&from=ContactUs

Scroll to the Bottom of the page

1) Click "Contact Us" then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "Chat with an Agent")

-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
