Package never received. Processing Exception FORT WORTH TX DISTRIBUTION CENTER January 17, 2025,

It should have gone from Massachutes to Chicago.  Instead, it went from MA to Indianapolis to Houston where it sits.  All I want to know is why?  What does a Proessing Exception mean?  Any ideas?  This is not the seller's fault.  The seller shipped immediately.

My guess is that the package somehow ended up on the wrong truck, and when it was discovered, had to be placed into the correct truck to continue its journey.
