Where is the 10% discount for "Top Rated Plus" sellers?

After being "Above Average" for the last 6 months, I finally made the grade to "Top Rated" seller.  But after checking to see if my 10% was being adjusted, I find that no, it is not being handled AT ALL.

Speaking with the Trust & Safety Department has left me with "it will show up NEXT MONTH".  Or "look for the monthly report, it will be on there".  Both of these are not satisfactory.

I want to see, like I used to, the 10% show up on the Payment Details screen.  I want the 10% deducted from what I owe - ON AN ITEM BY ITEM BASIS.

The CSR agreed that it should be that way, but that he couldn't help me unless many more people requested this.

So, is anyone still getting the 10% discount?  Or is everyone satisfied with a once a month "TOTAL DISCOUNT" figure?

It is not a monthly adjustment - you will see it on each sale. The benefit starts at the beginning of the calendar month after you are top rated.
