When the buyer address is "Els C/O and follow with the name and address"

The buyer is Germany but the address to send : Els C/O follow with the name and address in the US. It like the buyer use eBay international Service but the address to send in the US.  What is the process should be and as we are seller , do we have to pay more for shipping if it transfer to eBay international service?

You are using the Ebay International Shipping, which means you most likely are shipping to Glendale Heights, IL, but there are other hubs.  The buyer pays item price + domestic shipping + sales tax + international shipping + VAT + customs fees.  Once tracking shows Delivered to the hub, your obligation is over.  If the buyer has any problems, ebay will handle it.  You keep the payment.
