Wheel chair sold outside ebay, when i purchased on ebay

 I buy this wheel chair thr right way through ebay, but the seller  told me that she sold it outside ebay , violating ebay regulation and my rights. She discriminated between handicaps,  selecting another handicap outside ebay process, and still hold my money, and I can't  use that money to buy another one. That is cruel.

Once the estimated date of delivery passes, you can open an item not received case for a full refund, and you can report the seller for violating eBay policies by selling the item outside of eBay instead of to you.  You can also leave calm, factual feedback about the transaction.  If the seller told you that they sold your won item outside of eBay to someone else, start with “The seller said . . .”, instead of just saying they sold out of eBay, so other people will see that you’re reporting what happened, not just jumping to conclusions.
