I buying something from someone online and they asked me for eBay gift card so I did and they took all my money

Since the scam did not occur on the Ebay website, Ebay cannot help you.

If you willingly provided the information from the gift card to someone, you just gave away your money to the criminal.

Ebay gift cards are to be used to pay for Ebay purchases only.
