What should i do if my item arrived damaged?

Bought a tool and the handle is bent.  Must of happened in shipping because the damage want in the pictures from the ad

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”.  This overrides the sellers return policy.  Go to your Purchase History and find the item.  Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description".  It will ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received.
