The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

File a return request.  Use the reason "damaged" Or "not as described"

The seller will need to send you a return label and you need to return the item.  You will get a full refund, including shipping.

If the seller does not cooperate you can ask eBay to step in to help you.

If you filed a return request … the seller is able to offer a partial refund that you do NOT have to accept.

If you don’t receive a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days of opening the request to … then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in.  eBay will do the rest.
