If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or another similar reason, the return time frame is seller/item specific. A seller can have a no return policy or up to 60 days. Some sellers will help you for even longer if you ask them.
If there is a problem with the item, for example: it is broken when you receive it or is not described correctly, you have 30 days from the day you receive the item to file a claim.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file a Return Request.
If the seller does not respond or refuses to cooperate, you can ask Ebay to step in to help after 3 business days after you file the Return Request.

The reason you are returning the item is important. The return windows can be different.
Do you have an item number or listing number of the item you are returning?
Did you already ship the item back to the seller?
