What is the fastest way to talk to a live agent?

I'm needing to talk to an agent because ebay keeps deleting messages I'm sending to a seller because they think I'm giving personal information but I am NOT - I'm merely asking a few simple questions about items.  I need ebay to stop interfering with my messages.

An agent cannot help with this. You are including something that is causing AI to think it is personal info - you need to remove whatever that is.

The bots scouring your messages – and everybody else's – are stupid.  They see a number and, even if it's a model number or something, if it has ten digits they interpret it as a phone number.  Likewise the symbol @ if you're using it for anything at all – for example, its original meaning "at the rate of" – the bots tunnel vision think you're giving an outside email address.  It's necessary to find a way to circumvent these misinterpretations.  There may be other triggers – perhaps a verboten character string embedded in a longer one – but the above are obvious examples.
