I've recently accepted an offer on an item and just realized that the buyer's address is a PO Box. I plan on insuring the package so what's the best way to ship it?

Any usps service will deliver to a PO box - it looks like you list with usps first class, so a first class package with added insurance is a good choice.
If you upgrade to priority, you get $50 of insurance, but it looks like you will still want to add more, so it wouldn't save you much. Priority will usually arrive a little sooner, which is always nice with an insured package - a day or 2 less worrying about it :).
