The listing was ended. The winner requested cancel due to unaware of shipping fee. What happens if seller rejects the request.

You may not get paid, you may get negative feedback, you have an unhappy customer.

The buyer wants to cancel. He doesn't want the item. He made a mistake by not noticing the shipping cost. Why not accommodate his request, and have him be on his way thinking, "What a nice seller?"
