What happens when a buyer retracts a bid and the reason for the retraction is flat out false?

Listed an item as usual.  What happens when a buyer bids then retracts the bid and puts the reason for bidding as flat out wrong?  Thanks.

@freefa-57

You can report the buyer if you think they are abusing the bid retraction process. There is a blue "Report a buyer" button on the help page below:

Nothing.  eBay has done little to nothing (and I'm being generous with the "little to") to enforce the policy against lying to retract a bid  for about the past decade.    That bidder has retracted 20 times in the past 12 months and knows s/he can get away with it.

If you are concerned about other potential buyers seeing the reason don't be.   Only you and that bidder can see it.
