I listed an item as new WITH DEFECTS due to imperfections. My item was rejected as not new? What is the point of having “with defect” if the reality of product condition is insufficient ? I believe the AUTHENTICATOR tried on my product and or soiled it and then shipped it back to me in unacceptable condition. My before and after pictures clearly show 1 obvious stain I am not able to fix. I am now unlikely going to be able to make the amount it was originally sold for? How am I going to be compensated and where is the accountability for this negligent party and eBay. So upset since these shoes are very rare and irreplaceable
