What happens if a refund is given for an item not recieved and then the buyer receives it?

The buyer is not required to repay for the item or return it.

You can attempt 2 methods: (neither of which the seller must do)

• Send the buyer an invoice through Paypal

OR

• Send the buyer a prepaid return shipping label so they can ship the item back to you.

Thank you very much for the reply.  It will be 30 days tomorrow that the item was shipped. He has already requested a refund. But this morning, (as luck would have it) tracking shows that it is at his local USPS distribution center.  I guess I will see what happens next. Again, thank you for the response.
