I am having difficulty with a seller and trying to return a pair of shoes that were too small. I requested a refund and the seller was being rather obstinate in their demands for return, including that the post office master "needed to inspect the shoes for damages." When I called the person out on this they declined my refund. I am looking to see what I can do next? All I want to do is return the shoes/get my money back. Can I contact eBay and have them step in to help? What about their money back guarantee?

Generally, "doesn't fit" is not covered by the money back guarantee. Was the size misrepresented? Does the listing say that the seller offers returns or does it say no returns? I would need to see the actual listing to give informed advice. Can you provide the item number?
