@maers_14  r they saying they didn't receive the package? if so, and tracking shows 'delivered', tell them to contact the post office

Yes, she said she has not gotten it yet.  So, I did send her a copy of the tracking and a copy of where it says delivered.  You're right, I didn't even think of telling her to check with the post office. I have never had this happen to me yet lol.
