I'm a buyer here been one for years I bought a pair of Nike shoes from a new seller here . Ok after 4 days of waiting for my shoes I contacted the seller . His answer for not sending my shoes was that he has been very busy but he would ship them out soon well he sent something with tracking packaged wen I received it was not the shoes that I paid 35.00 for instead it was a pull over shirt he has listed for 15.00 . Ebay concluded that he sent a tracking number and it shows that I received the shoes . I still don't have the shoes that I bought now eBay won't refund my money   the sellers still has not sent my shoes I don't care about the freaking tracking # I still don't have my shoes and eBay has done nothing too get the shoes that I bought right after the sale  I will be freezing my acct untill I get my shoes or refund I will delete my acct if I don't receive my shoes or refund .

You must have opened a claim for "item not received" which would have been closed due to getting a tracking number that shows delivered.

The correct case to file is a claim for "item not as described"   You did not get the item described in the listing.  

It may be possible to file that case now.   Try going to the item page and choose "return item" and then the reason "not as described"
