I ordered some water filters from a seller. I spend 279 altogether. At the same time I ordered another set from a different buyer. When I received the filters from the 2nd buyer I realized that those filters were knockoffs so I started a return on the item...but I contacted buyer one by mistake...so I closed that return. However, when buyer one's filters were delivered, those were knock offs also! So then I went to try a return and it would not work because of my mistake of opening the start a return from the other seller. But the seller said I could return them...so I shipped them back using my own money and it has been 3 weeks since they were delivered back but I have had no response. Ebay tells me that they can't open up a way for him to pay me because the 'start a return' was closed (even though it was a mistake by contacting the wrong seller). Now Ebay tells me that this seller would have to pay me back using a 3rd party app like paypal, etc. But the seller is not responding. What do I do if he never responds? $300 is a lot of money for him to keep for free!!
