I bought a loft bed from eBay seller.my bed was supposed to be delivered Sept 3 rd 2024 but didn't get shipped until Sept 11 and FedEx does not have my address on package but eBay says it's been delivered weight on pkg is wrong.and I thought it was delivered so I closed my case but the picture from Fed ex for proof of delivery has in no way my property on picture at all what can I do
