Recently I purchased ysl cassandre bag and listing was as a brand new condition. Then seller shipped the items to authentication department then they authenticated and ship to me. When I got mail I opened and noticed bag does have some wears on the flap, I can guarantee that it was used bag. Right way I contacted eBay and opened the case and they denied my case. They are saying items was authentic and that’s why they denied my claim. My complaint was about condition of the bag not about authenticity! I opened case again and they denied again then I called again and agent said it’s nothing just manufacture defects! I don’t understand why they sent me faulty bag ? They should check the condition before they send it to me. They are harassing me. Any suggestions what to do please let me know
