I have been unable to create a new item listing all weekend and now into Monday.  After I select a radio button for item condition, I go to a page that says on the following, and includes a link back to the item listing page:

What operating system and browser version are you using?

Any difference if you try another browser or another device?

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.  Have tried both Chrome and Edge.  Have 5 PCs and tried them all.  The eBay app (Android) works, but I hate not being able to use a full-size keyboard.
