I have a few older US $20 bills listed. A woman in Canada (I'm in the US) won one auction and then didn't pay, saying the shipping price was too high (yet the listing would have showed her the shipping cost before she placed a bid)... then just recently another person won an auction and didn't pay and didn't respond to my invoice or message. In both cases, they had respectable feedback ratings and for what it's worth, both had hispanic names. Now I have another $20 bill auction about to end and it has a bid on it and I'm waiting to see if the same thing happens.
