Website glitches- payment policy, relisting errors

I'm posting to the community hoping that someone from tech support sees. I give up calling CS, it just takes TOO LONG and rarely solves the problem unfortunately.

 

First- when I revise items the shipping and payment policies mysteriously change to "PayPal Immediate Pay" and "Parcel Select".  HUGE inconvenience to have to manually fix this time after time.

 

Second- I bulk resisted my unsold auction items.  Before I clicked "Relist" the insertion fee was $0.  After processing the listings the fees were $7.  WTH.  Called CS and was told that I went over my free listings.  NOT THE POINT IT SAID $0 OR I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED.

 

I wish there was a number for tech support!!!!!
