Did you mean:

Web site is INSUFFICIENT!

This HAS to be a common problem. How it is not covered in the web site in mind-boggling.

A customer has bought three items using Buy-it-Now.

The first item's shipping charge is $4.60

the other two items shipping is 20 cents total.

I need to refund the buyer $9 but have no way to do it!

It is not covered by anything in the web site, the automated help has no clue

and there is NO PHONE # TO CALL FOR A LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO.

Re: Web site is INSUFFICIENT!

@knightmare-daydream   I can help with your frustration, the refund option is a bit hidden.

If your buyer paid separately for the items then you should take a bit off of each item.

Select send refund from the drop down menu next to the sold item on this page:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS   Then select shipping adjustment for the reason.

**** When you print the shipping label it's important to select all items and then select print label from the top of the list if the buyer did not pay from an invoice. Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items. ****
