Ordered an item on eBay from a seller and was sent a USPS tracking number after I had not heard back concerning the shipping status from the seller. I had been tracking the item and was home waiting for the package that was suppose to arrive yesterday. I even went outside to ask the postal carrier about my package and he said he had no package for me. Earlier yesterday, an Amazon driver knocked on my door and said he had a package delivery with my address. He said he needed a password or pass code which I didn't have, to release the package. And the package had another person's name but my address. The driver called that person' s phone number and it surely was not mine. I ordered on eBay not Amazon. I had no idea what was going on. At 5:45pm, I received an email from USPS with the tracking number stating that package was delivered at 5:33pm which was not true. I then received an email from eBay stating the same thing, my package was delivered, not true. I contacted seller with no response then I contacted eBay. I was so upset and confused with all this, does anyone know what was going on, and why Amazon had my package, addressed to MY address with someone else's name? I did find out Amazon DID have my package. I am so tired and lost trying to figure this out. Thank you
