Good morning.  I received a message last night saying one of my items was removed because of VeRO.  When I read the reason why I did a search and my item was removed. I also looked at other items just like mine from multiple sellers so I am confused why I would be flagged.  The kicker is, that when I was working on my listings I noticed that the item is back but I have a banner on my listing page that says "One of your listings has a policy violation." What should I do?

@petesrdshow   You should END the listing and not relist it on eBay.  The other listings just may have not been caught yet.  

If you relist it again ( or it auto relists)  then you can be suspended.

Do not relist until the matter is resolved.  Would need details to comment further.

What type of item was it?

It is a digital scale. I contacted the company and sent pictures to see if they could authenticate it but they were not helpful.

Were they claiming it was counterfeit or some other objection?

Did you use your own photos and description?

Did you list it as new or used?
