Vehicle Scammers can list a vehicle with out reserve set, but not willing to sell! Shouldn't be able to list anything on Ebay. Then you can't do anything through Ebay to stop him from Lying about Me!!! I Have been on this site for over 20 years doing it the right way, and these people can just jump on at any time and seem to do what ever they want without ever being stopped.  Getting Sad, and wanting to use this site less and less!

I understand the policy, But sellers lying about what bidders and buyers are saying to be able to list and relist and relist again vehicle with a specific starting price, or low reserve, and not sell to final bidder Should be able to be stopped, but it doesn't seem to be that way anymore. It used to be policed much better.

You think there are that many sellers willing to pay a minimum of $19 each time to list a motor vehicle and not sell to the highest bidder?  After 6 of these listings in a calendar year, the seller is considered a high volume seller for the rest of his ebay life, and will be charged a minimum of $49 for every motor vehicle listing from then on.
