I keep a balance of spendable funds with ebay to pay for items I may want however when I go to make an offer for an item I am only allowed to secure the offer with my credit card. I can't access the funds for payment and would like to use them otherwise why should I keep a balance with ebay.
Anyone know how I can set my acct to use those funds for Best Offers.
