Yesterday I received a message from eBay stating I have $10 in reward points. When I tried to use them by making a purchase, it showed I have no reward points. I contacted customer service on my eBay card. They said I need to contact eBay. Now it looks like the only way I can ask a question is if I pay for that service! Help!
