Using my available funds

So I have a question?  Customer service cannot seem to help.  I can't get a payout of my available funds, so frustrating..and I want to buy something.. shouldn't I be able to use my available funds to cover the cost of a purchase? If so how do I go about that.

Go to your payment account.  If the funds can be used, you will see a box to enroll in spendable funds.

How come you can't get a payout?

Have you provided a checking account and your SSN?

Until the hold is released on the funds, not much you can do.

I have tried and they will not accept the bank statement that I have. 

This is so frustrating.

You can't spend funds that are on hold, so you need to solve your bank statement issue.  Why don't they accept your statement?
