Using ebay in multiple countries and receiving notice of new offerings.

I wish to buy also in a country where I am not a member  Ebay shows very  little in the daily search results for the country where I live.  May I have accounts in both countries to achieve this? 

I tried to handle this by phone simply because I could find no information in any category for which ebay does offer extensive  discussion and it seems as if ebay has lost interest by phone except for certain recognized issues (something went wrong with a sale, for example)

What can I do?   Is it possible to speak to somebody to discuss these not covered problems?

@yy   You can open another account in your country if you wish.   That is not a problem.

Your representative was very pleasant and helpful, enough so that I can do the process.   But EBAY ITSELF annoyed me by disconnecting my  account so I am effectively only a USA member living in Germany.  I no longer receive notice of interesting items being sold at the German site and I received no notice of that separation.   eBay also abused us in the past with a series of techniques to prevent items offered in the USA from being shown to persons in Germany.  That experience had a negative impact on my image of ebay.

@yy   The problem is that you are registered on eBay.com.   I can see this on the main page when I click on your member ID: 

Your profile page says you live in Germany.   So that is why I suggested opening an account in Germany.  You can keep both accounts.

I think by having two accounts you will see the most items for sale.   Sorry that eBay has made things more difficult.   The reason may be because of the new packaging laws that Germany passed if a seller in another country ships an item to you we have to pay a fee for the packaging disposal.
