Using eBay shipping to return an item.

Hello!  I am having a difficult time navigating how to return an item to a seller for a refund.  I have been through the q's&a's a dozen times, and all they do is lead me in a circle.  Ebay has approved the return; however, the process tells me to go to the return details where there should be a drop-down menu where I can ellect to print a return label.  There is no drop-down menu, nor are there any other instructions in the return details that address being able to print a label to return the item.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I'm confused!

Re: Using eBay shipping to return an item.

If this is an international return, the seller and/or ebay are unable to provide a label.  In this case the seller has to send you advanced funds for you to purchase a return label locally.  Do not use your funds, you will not be reimbursed.  Get an estimate for the label and send it to the seller.  If seller does not send funds for a label or a refund after four days, go back to the case and ask ebay to step in.  Do not closed or let the case expire without doing this.
