User name changed

When I went to sign into my account I thought I was adding my fingerprint for easier sign in, but it took me to a different account and now it is saying something about a passkey ans my username is not there, Help!

It’s hard to say exactly what happened without more details, but it sounds like your device may have switched accounts due to enabling a passkey login. A passkey lets you sign in using things like your fingerprint or face instead of typing a password. Sometimes it links to a different eBay account if more than one is stored on your device. On my PC I use a Windows PIN with just 4 digits - that’s easy for me and avoids confusion.

I really hope your original account wasn’t hacked. If you recently clicked any links in emails or messages, that could also explain the issue.
