Im the seller ebay, the buyer is Making false claims opening a return it's happened 3 times now twinkling.smile, it was an auctioned item the buyer gets remorse and pushed the not as described button when clearly her reasons aren't covered under 100% policy, ebay tells me to appeal it but always sides with the buyer Even if they made false claims

I don't understand your reply? The buyer has falsified return claims its my wonder if ebay ever helps the seller or only listens to their buyers.

If you don't accept the return and send a free return label, the buyer can ask eBay to step in after 3 days.
Ebay can return the payment to the buyer without the need to return the item. And gives you a nasty defect for a case closed without seller resolution.
Yes, eBay almost always sides with the buyer.
It's also important that you describe scratches in your listing. The qualification used or pre-owned is not enough. At least, that's what I think.
