Re: Us post office would not print my qr code

@wilmille-3   I would speak to the post master and ask why they are not doing this.

You can void the label that was not used here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub

USPS will refund your money in about 2 to 3 weeks.  The refund will show here:

Re: Us post office would not print my qr code

Not all post offices are equipped to handle QR codes.

Introducing QR Codes for eBay Shipping Labels (ebayinc.com)

They can now download the QR code on their phone and visit the nearest participating post office . . .

When entering the shipping flow, the seller is guided to check for the nearest post office equipped with this feature.

ALWAYS be honest and exceedingly FAIR!

Re: Us post office would not print my qr code

I sent my daughter to the post office yesterday and when she got there the QR code I had given her wouldn’t print the label.  She called me, I purchased a second label for the shipment, texted her that QR code, and the second one worked.  Could it be that there’s a glitch with eBay’s Label Broker account?
